So I have a 32" Polyester Nemo plush toy that I got from my boyfriend a while back. I was wondering how I could wash him? I was dumb on one occasion and ended up ripping the tag out, so I really have no idea about the care instructions. I have a mickey mouse plush toy and I simply machine wash cold, on the "delicate" cycle..or if u dont have a delicate option, whichever cycle washes in the lowest time..I don't kno if u have a washer can hold ur plush toy, but i have a friend with a really big spongebob plush, and she can fit it cuz her washer opens in the front...when it's finished washing, i either place it on top the washer and let it air dry, or let it dry in the dryer on the low setting..I've had my plush toy for over a year and no damage has been done to it..

Please don't be mean, I am not stupid. English is not my native language, there are some idioms or cultural references that escape me.
Well, it could refer to the flying monkeys in The Wizard of Oz. But I think people use it because it's such an improbable scenario that it serves as a good metaphor/reference point for something that is unlikely to happen. It's just a variation on the phrase, "yeah, when pigs fly!", meaning it ain't gonna happen any time soon. So when someone says, "Yeah that'll happen... when monkeys fly outta my butt!", you can be pretty sure they are skeptical of something.

Why is it that so little 'white' shows in animal eyes?
In the human eye, the iris is quite small, you see a lot of white- but animal eyes seem a lot different- there is some white at the very edges, but mostly it's one big iris- whhhhy?
It is something unique to humans. One idea is that it helps in non-verbal communication in humans - it makes it easier in figuring out what/who another human is looking at. (just think how strange it is if you talk to somebody and they are not looking at you). So the "normal" coloration is that of animals, it's the humans which are different.
